For the past three weeks, Alexa has been fond of the word "pudiya." You may be asking yourself, "What is "pudiya?" You wouldn't be alone! It would seem this is a new word invented and used exclusively by Alexa Paige! And of course, by those closest to her! Until we figure out an exact meaning, we just use it whenever the mood suits us!

This week's word is actually a phrase..."Oh Man". Always used in an appropriate context, this has been a favorite when exclaiming some type of disappoinment recently! It's adorable really!

"Ridiculous" Who doesn't like to say this word? It just sounds fun, "Ridiculous"

"Need." We all have needs. Alexa has many needs, especially lately. Once she had wants, now she needs everything!

This week's word is: gigantic!

It seems to be an adjective that excites Alexa! Tonight she built a tower out of wooden blocks and told me, "Look at my tower, Mommy. It's gigantic!" Later she read, yes I said read, Minna and I a story and as she described the details of each picture, she exclaimed, "The snake's belly is gigantic" referring to the Eric Carle story, "The Greedy Python," in which a snake eats all sorts of animals.
